Into the White (2)

Remember this post: https://callofnatureblog.wordpress.com/2014/02/21/into-the-white/ ?

This year it was time to “move” to the mountains. The mountain landscapes are beautiful in every season, yet when it snows they have a charm of their own.

So when I travelled to Simon to visit the Bran monastery I considered myself lucky that right then it began to snow. In fact this was the point, as it was the first time to see the area in winter. Everything was quiet and peaceful and the only beings I met on my way were some shepherd dogs who even became my trip companions.

Finally I reached the monastery and after a short photo break I headed on the way back to the village.

My conclusion? Beautiful and … coooold! 🙂

I’ll now let the pictures “speak”.
